Individual Counseling

Issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, relational and family conflict, habitual pornography use, career indecision or compulsive eating can hold us back from living the life that has been given to us.

In counseling, you will receive a safe, reflective environment to examine yourself to determine what is driving your unwanted situations or behaviors and how your resources can bring you to a place of healing, self-awareness, and maturity that promotes freedom and the regaining of your life. Together, we will work to examine your life without judgement to find the origins of your challenges and how we can best obtain relief and change going forward.

Individual counseling at Scout is designed to address various issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, emotional regulation and expression, communication, family and personal relationships, career development, boundaries, compulsive behavior, trauma and abuse recovery, or your unique personality, such as your Ennegram or Myers Briggs Type, as well as many other challenges we can face in life.
