Erickson Haire, M.A.

Erickson believes that healing and meaningful change begin with curiosity. Curiosity is the impetus for courageous actions that lead to change from the status quo, and it can arise from a destabilizing event, or from a growing awareness of unhelpful habits. He is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they explore curiosity of relationships, identity, purpose, and the challenges of change. Erickson works with individuals and families facing relational distress, anxiety, family issues, spiritual and vocational transitions, and questions of self-worth and meaning.

Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and systemic approaches, Erickson helps clients connect patterns from their past with their present experience, fostering self-awareness and emotional growth. He values authenticity and curiosity in the therapeutic process and seeks to create a space where clients can explore their stories with honesty and hope.

Erickson has completed his MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Richmont Graduate University. He has worked with teenagers and families in residential settings at Parkridge Valley Hospital, supporting emotional stabilization, behavioral regulation, and improved communication during moments of crisis. His diverse background in the Army Reserve, home inspection, and entrepreneurship has shaped a grounded and relational counseling style that blends empathy with practicality.

Outside the counseling room, Erickson enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and exploring nature, where he finds inspiration and balance. He values community, deep conversation, and quiet reflection — often finding that the rhythms of nature mirror the process of personal growth.

If you are interested in a consultation with Erickson, please reach out and leave a voicemail. He will return your call as soon as possible.
